Hermes Studio
Terms of use
Effective October 28, 2026
Hermes Studio is a personal assistant installation. These terms explain its intended use and the role of this information website.
1. Personal use
The application is operated for its owner's personal use. This website does not offer public accounts, subscriptions, registration or access to the private assistant. It is not an official service of Google or the Hermes Agent developers.
2. Authorized access
Only accounts the owner is entitled to use may be connected. Google access must be granted through the Google OAuth flow and may be revoked at any time. The application must not be used to bypass account permissions, security controls or another person's consent.
3. Human review and approval
The owner reviews proposed actions and grants approval before execution. Email recipients, message contents, attachments and calendar changes must be checked before they are approved. An email, webpage, document or another assistant cannot grant approval on the owner's behalf.
The assistants may prepare information and drafts, but AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. The owner remains responsible for decisions and approved actions.
4. Data practices
The privacy policy describes Google data access, processing, storage, sharing, revocation and deletion. Selecting an external model provider may send approved task content to that provider. Google and any selected provider's applicable terms also govern use of their services.
5. Availability and scope
This is a privately operated installation with no public service-level commitment. Features depend on the owner's computer, network, model providers and connected services. AI output does not replace qualified professional advice where such advice is needed.
6. Contact
Contact the installation owner directly or use the support email displayed on the Google authorization screen for questions about this installation.
